Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 tall can Carnation milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg and cinnamon (on top)

Directions

    Mix well the first 4 ingredients.

    Pour into a 9-inch pie crust (pierce crust with fork in several places on bottom to let any air bubbles out or crust may rise to top).

    Sprinkle nutmeg and/or cinnamon on top. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; 325° until firm.
