  • 5 eggs
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 pie shells (unbaked)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

    Beat eggs. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add milk, vanilla, nutmeg and flour. Blend well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes or until custard has set. Serves 12.
