  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. grated Velveeta
  • 12 tortillas

Directions

    Brown meat and 1 onion (chopped).

    Sprinkle with flour, salt and chili powder.

    Add 1/2 cup water.

    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

    Combine milk, soup, cheese and other chopped onion. Slice tortillas into one inch strips and line greased baking dish with strips. Alternate with layers of beef and cheese mixture, ending with cheese on top.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
