- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 medium onions
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small can milk
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. grated Velveeta
- 12 tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat and 1 onion (chopped).

2Sprinkle with flour, salt and chili powder.

3Add 1/2 cup water.

4Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

5Combine milk, soup, cheese and other chopped onion. Slice tortillas into one inch strips and line greased baking dish with strips. Alternate with layers of beef and cheese mixture, ending with cheese on top.

6Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
