- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Add all ingredients, except vanilla in a mixing bowl.

3Mix on medium to high for 5 minutes.

4Add vanilla before stopping mixer.

5Pour into pie shell.

6You may sprinkle with nutmeg; then bake until firm (a knife inserted into middle will come out clean).
