- 2 1/3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. milk
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar in bowl.

2Beat in eggs, salt and vanilla.

3Stir in milk gradually.

4Sprinkle nutmeg over batter. Pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 350° until pie shell is good and brown and mixture is set.

6Remove from oven.

7Cool for 1 hour. Serve.
