  • 2 1/3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar in bowl.

    Beat in eggs, salt and vanilla.

    Stir in milk gradually.

    Sprinkle nutmeg over batter. Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until pie shell is good and brown and mixture is set.

    Remove from oven.

    Cool for 1 hour. Serve.
