- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. scalded milk or half and half
- dash of salt
Directions

1Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2Add salt and milk. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

3Bake at 475° for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 425° for 15 minutes or until custard is set.
