  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • Pie shell

Directions

    Bake pie shell 3 to 4 min at 350 degrees.

    Put all ingredients in blender and mix for 1 minute.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350 degrees till center is set and doesn't wiggle, 40 to 50 min.
