- 3 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 each eggs
- 1 salt
- 1 white pepper
- 1 dash ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 each green onion, chopped
Directions

1In a medium saucepan bring chicken broth and water to a boil.

2Stir in eggs slowly in a circular motion

3Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water and add to soup

4Stir to desired consistency and season to taste

5Transfer to serving bowls, top with green onions, and serve.

6Can also top with crispy wontons.
