- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 c. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. raw vegetables (your choice)
- 1/2 c. cooked chicken bits
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Blend cornstarch with small amount of cold stock in a large saucepan.

2Add the rest of the stock, mixing well, and then remaining ingredients except eggs.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer until clear, stirring occasionally.

5Slowly stir in eggs.

6Season to taste.
