- 2 cans prepared chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 well beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. diced green onion
Directions

1In saucepan, slowly mix broth and cornstarch. Cook until slightly thickened (stirring constantly).

2Slowly pour in beaten egg.

3Stir once very gently. Remove from heat and top with onion. Serves 4.
