  • 1 lg. can Sue Bee chicken broth
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 6 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. scallions & tops, finely minced

    Bring broth to a boil.

    Bring to second boil.

    Remove from heat; add in Large eggs all at once, stirring rapidly with a spoon.

    Egg will separate to create fine threads.
