- 1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
- 1 slice lean pork
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 box petite frozen peas
- 2 scallions (including green ends), chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. gourmet powder
Directions

1Add chopped pork and peas to chicken broth.

2Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

3Pour in eggs slowly while stirring the soup.

4As soon as the last bit of eggs are in, shut off heat.

5Serve with chopped scallions on top.
