  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. water
  • Salt (optional)
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions

    Beat egg, add in salt, flour and water and stir smooth.

    Pour slowly from end of spoon into boiling soup.

    Cook 2 to 3 min and serve warm with minced parsley in soup.
