- 1 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 1 c. cooked, diced chicken
- cooked rice
- Basic Brown Sauce (recipe follows)
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and chicken separately in skillet with a small amount of oil.

2Place in mixing bowl.

3Add 3 to 4 eggs (depending on the amount to be served).

4Stir until mixed thoroughly.

5Place a heaping tablespoonful of mixture in skillet, forming patties.

6Brown lightly on both sides.

7To serve, place 2 to 3 patties on plate; cover with cooked rice and Basic Brown Sauce, with soy sauce, if desired.
