Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. bacon drippings
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 or possibly 2 Large eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Add in flour, salt, and pepper to bacon drippings, stirring till smooth and slightly brown.

    Add in water (more if needed) and stir till it thickens.

    Gravy shouldn't be thick; add in 1 or possibly 2 Large eggs (slightly beaten) and cook only till Large eggs are done.

    Serve over warm biscuits.
