  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham cubes (I use sausage)
  • 12 eggs

Directions

    Beat eggs and add other ingredients.

    Melt 1 stick of margarine; put half in a 13 x 9-inch pan and half in the egg mixture.

    Stir together well.

    Pour egg mixture into pan and bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
