   1. With a mug (or something round) cut a hole in the middle of the slice of bread.

   2. Put some olive oil into a pan. Wait until the oil is heat.

   3. Place the bread on the pan.

   4. Turn the bread, break the egg and place it on the hole.

   5. When the egg is set, flip it over and cook it for a while.
