   Take something circular like a milk cap or shot glass to press out and twist the centers out of both peices of bread
2. 2
   Butter one side if bread as you would do for a grilled cheese
3. 3
   Place both peices of bread in a fry pan or skillet on medium
4. 4
   crack eggs and pour a single egg into each hole of bread
5. 5
   Cook for about a 2mins allow to hrown on first side then flip
