  • 1 slice of white bread, I just cut a slice from a Sour dough loaf
  • 1 egg
  • 1 grated cheese
  • 1 ground black pepper

Directions

    Place skillet over medium heat

    Put desired amount of butter in pan, melt
  3. 3
    Cut hole in middle of bread
  4. 4
    Place bread in hot pan and Crack egg in whole.
  5. 5
    Also place bread cut out from hole in and fry too
  6. 6
    Wait a couple minutes and flip.
  7. 7
    Grate cheese on top when cooked.
  8. 8
    Then fresh ground pepper
