Egg In A Hole

   Cut center out of bread with cookie cutter or glass.

   Butter both sides of bread using 1/2 tablespoon butter.

   Melt remaining butter in skillet over medium heat.

   Brown one side of bread in skillet; turn bread over.

   Break egg in small bowl.

   Carefully slip it into the hole in the bread slice in the skillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper on egg. Brown egg on both sides and remove from skillet.
