  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 shredded cheese
  • 7 tortillas
  • 1 pepper salt to taste
  • 1 salsa to taste or hot sauce

    Cut your bacon, onion and potatoes .

    Those take longer to cook so cook those first.

    Start cooking them .

    Preheat oven to 350 and get your tortillas ready.

    Scramble your eggs add salt pepper to your taste and wait for your bacon eggs and onions to cook.

    Once your potatoes, bacon and onions done add your eggs.

    And put your tortillas in oven.
