Directions

   Butter a slice of bread on both sides.

   With the top of a large glass, press onto bread and cut out circle from center. Place in hot, buttered frying pan.

   Pour 1 stirred-up egg into hole.

   Fry on both sides.

   Also, fry round bread piece.
