- 3 1/2 sheets Gelatin sheets (1.5 g)
- 2 Egg yolk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Milk
Directions

1Soak the gelatin sheets in measured water.

2After letting it rest, microwave until the gelatin is dissolved.

3Beat the egg yolks and sugar.

4Warm 200 ml of milk in the microwave.

5Add the egg yolks to the warm milk and mix well.

6Then, pour in the gelatin mixture and beat until fully blended.

7Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
