  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and crab boil seasoning, (recommended: Old Bay)
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup (about) ice water
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) chilled butter, cut into 12 pieces
  • Truffle Oil and chives to garnish (optional)
