- 3 eggs
- 12 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup flour, sifted
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add oil slowly, a little at a time, while still beating.

3Add vanilla and sugar.

4Add half the flour and beat about 3-4 minutes.

5Add remaining flour and combine well.

6Drop by the teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

7Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees, t hen reduce to 375 degrees for 5 minutes.

8Turn off oven and leave kichel in oven for 18 minutes.
