  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 4 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons stevia or 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Soak the chia seeds in 1 cup of almond milk in the blender for 5-10 minutes.
