- 1 cup egg substitute
- 4 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons stevia or 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Soak the chia seeds in 1 cup of almond milk in the blender for 5-10 minutes.

2Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

3Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
