  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 2/3 c. water
  • 1 2/3 (lg. can) undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    Beat Large eggs with sugar, add in evaporated lowfat milk and water.

    Shake or possibly beat vigorously till well blended.
