  • 2 portions Mochi
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
  • 1 Mayonnaise

Directions

    Heat vegetable oil in the frying pan, and fry the mochi until browned.

    Next, press down with a spatula to flatten.

    Crack the egg over the top of the mochi and break the yolk.

    Once the egg has solidified, flip everything over and fry for a bit.

    Top with okonomiyaki sauce and mayo, and serve!
