- 1 Egg
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 Mayonnaise
Directions

1Heat vegetable oil in the frying pan, and fry the mochi until browned.

2Next, press down with a spatula to flatten.

3Crack the egg over the top of the mochi and break the yolk.

4Once the egg has solidified, flip everything over and fry for a bit.

5Top with okonomiyaki sauce and mayo, and serve!
