- 2 to 3 eggs
- 1 pt. milk
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c. brandy
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Beat yolks and sugar together.

4Add milk and brandy.

5Blend well.

6Beat heavy cream until slightly stiff.

7Add cream and egg whites to brandy mixture.

8Store in closed container.

9Shake well before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

10Yields 1/2 gallon.
