- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. brandy or bourbon whiskey
- 1/4 c. rum
- 2 c. heavy cream
- cold milk
- whole nutmeg
Directions

1Beat egg yolks with sugar until very thick.

2Continue to beat; gradually add brandy and rum.

3Chill. Transfer to punch bowl and gradually stir in the cream and 3 to 4 cups of milk.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Serve in punch cups with grated nutmeg.

6Makes 3 quarts.
