- 4 cups milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups spiced rum
- 1 cup Bourbon
- 4 cups light cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions

1Combine milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and cinnamon in a saucepan, and heat over lowest setting for 5 minutes.

2Slowly bring milk mixture to a boil.

3In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar.

4Whisk together until fluffy.

5Whisk hot milk mixture slowly into the eggs.

6Pour mixture into saucepan.

7Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes, or until thick.

8Do not allow mixture to boil.

9Let cool for about an hour.

10Stir in spiced rum, bourbon, cream, 2 teaspoon vanilla, and nutmeg.

11Refrigerate overnight before serving.
