- 1 qt. whipping cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 12 eggs
- 1 c. bourbon whiskey
- 2 tsp. grated nutmeg
Directions

1Whip cream until stiff, adding 1/2 c. sugar one tablespoon at at time.

2Break eggs and separate.

3Beat egg yolks slowly adding 1 c. sugar.

4Beat until sugar is dissolved and the mixture smooth. Whip egg whites to frothy peaks by adding 1/2 c. sugar one tablespoon at a time.

5Mix yolks with bourbon, add whipped cream and fold in egg whites.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.

7Yields 8 servings.
