- 1 qt. milk
- 1 c. bourbon
- 1/2 c. rum
- 1/2 c. apple jack brandy

1Beat egg yolks; add ice cream and milk.

2Slowly add bourbon, rum and brandy.

3Beat egg whites and fold in carefully.
