  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 c. bourbon
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • 1/2 c. apple jack brandy

    Beat egg yolks; add ice cream and milk.

    Slowly add bourbon, rum and brandy.

    Beat egg whites and fold in carefully.

    Serve with nutmeg.
