  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives
  • sliced almonds

Directions

    Cook and drain noodles. Set aside. Saute celery, pepper and onion in the margarine a few minutes; add salt. Mix soup with milk, add the vegetable mix; add ham, mushrooms and olives. Add all to noodles and put into a baking dish. Sprinkle some sliced almonds on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
