- 6 oz. pkg. egg noodles
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cook noodles until tender; drain. Add milk and let stand 45 minutes. Add half of the sugar, salt, lemon extract and lightly beaten yolks.

2Beat egg whites until very stiff.

3Beat in remaining sugar. Fold into first mixture.

4Pour into buttered mold and bake in a 325° oven for

51 hour.

6Serve with Yankee Doodle Sauce.
