- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Make a well in center of flour.

2Add egg yolks, egg and salt; mix thoroughly.

3Mix in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough is stiff but easy to roll.

4Divide dough into 4 equal parts.

5Roll dough, one part at a time, in a very thin rectangle on a well floured board.

6Loosely fold rectangle and place on a cookie sheet.

7Dry dough in 350° oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

8Fold lengthwise and cut into very narrow strips.

9Boil in chicken, turkey or beef broth for 12 to 15 minutes.
