- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions

1Sift flour with salt.

2Make a well in the center of flour.

3add beaten eggs and water.

4Mix with a fork in to a ball.

5Roll out as thin as possible on floured surface, let dry.

6Roll sheet up tightly and slice with a knife.

7Separate strands of noodles

8Combine with your favorite soup and cook for 10 to 12 minute.
