  • 2 cups flour (or more)
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

    Sift flour with salt.

    Make a well in the center of flour.

    add beaten eggs and water.

    Mix with a fork in to a ball.

    Roll out as thin as possible on floured surface, let dry.

    Roll sheet up tightly and slice with a knife.

    Separate strands of noodles

    Combine with your favorite soup and cook for 10 to 12 minute.
