- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced peppers
- 1/4 c. diced ham or possibly bacon, or possibly sausage
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Put 1 Tbsp.

2butter in large frying pan and heat.

3Add in Large eggs and cook till dry.

4Saute/fry vegetables in another part.

5Sprinkle diced meat, cheese and vegetables on Large eggs.

6Fold over and cook till edges seal and serve.
