- 1 garlic clove, crushed and chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- Provolone cheese
- grated Italian cheese (1/4 c. combined)
- marinara sauce
Directions

1Combine oil, butter, garlic, onion and pepperoni in omelette pan and saute until onion is clear.

2Add eggs, top with cheese, cover and cook over low heat until firm.

3Top with marinara sauce.
