- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons chickpea flour (besan)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- black pepper
- oil, to fry
Directions

1Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves.

2Sprinkle little salt and pepper on eggs.

3In a bowl mix the chickpea flour with salt and cayenne to taste and make a thick batter by adding a little water.

4Heat oil in a skillet (depth of about 1 inch).

5Dip each egg piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

6Serve egg pakora hot .
