Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 green chili, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped finely
- 14 teaspoon any other spices
- 12 teaspoon red chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
- 14 cup milk, for knead dough
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients except milk and oil for frying.

2Add the milk as required to make a soft dough (like for roti).

3Cover with a wet muslin cloth.

4Keep for at least an hour.

5Make small balls (approx.

6size of a lemon) of the dough.

7For each paratha:.

8Roll out each ball into a flat round shape.

9Tightly roll into a Swiss roll.

10Form an overlapping spiral.

11Press and re-roll to full size.

12Heat a heavy griddle, and place the paratha on it.

13Allow one side to cook and have brown golden patches.

14Turn and repeat for other side.

15Drizzle some oil and flip.
-
16Drizzle oil on the other side.
-
17Sizzle till done.
-
18Repeat the same procedure for all the parathas.
