- 4 eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour (approximately)
Directions

1Break eggs into the center of 2 cups of flour.

2Add water; with wire whisk beat until very smooth.

3Add approximately 2 more cups of flour and work with your hands into a soft dough.

4If the dough seems sticky, add more flour.

5Turn dough onto a kneading surface and knead for at least 10 minutes.

6Put the dough back into the bowl; cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

7Roll the dough into desired thickness and shapes to make lasagna, fettuccine, etc., or use a pasta machine.

8Serves 2.
