  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

    Cook in glass pie dish or round glass pan in microwave 1 package of frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli until done.

    Drain. Pour mixture over the broccoli and bake in oven at 350° until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
