- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
Directions

1Put egg in a measuring cup; add enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid.

2Mix flour and shortening until as fine as cornmeal; then add salt.

3Add the egg liquid.

4Mix well with a fork until it forms a soft ball.

5Sprinkle flour on board.

6Knead dough.

7Cut in half. Makes 2 crusts.

8Roll out to make crust.

9Bake unfilled crust at 350° until brown.
