- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. slaw mix or 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 3 doz. egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Mix all other ingredients in 5-quart saucepan.

3Add ground beef and cook until cabbage is tender, then drain.

4Take 1/4 cup of mix and place in corner of one egg roll wrapper.

5Roll wrapper to corner.

6Fold over opposite ends. Continue rolling.

7Dab water on edges to seal.

8Deep fry until golden brown.
