- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. chicken or shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. whiskey
- 1 tsp. salt and pinch of sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 to 3 carrots, grated
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 5 to 8 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 pkg. fresh bean sprouts, cleaned
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers, cleaned
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and squeeze together.

2Roll approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture into egg roll wrapper.

3Beat an egg to seal corners.

4Use as much oil as you'll need to deep fry egg rolls in wok.

5Cook egg rolls approximately 5 to 6 minutes.

6Makes about 25 rolls.
