- 100 egg roll wrappers
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 pork blade steaks
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 6 stalks celery
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 egg
- Johnny's salt
Directions

1Boil chicken for 1 hour; debone and break into small pieces. Chop the rest of the ingredients into small pieces.

2Cook pork and garlic, then add onion, then celery, then bell pepper, then cabbage, then bean sprouts, then chicken.

3Remove from heat; drain and cool.

4Start wrapping, putting 1 spoonful in each wrapper. Seal with a little egg on the edge of wrapper.

5Deep fry in hot oil.

6Uncooked egg rolls may be frozen until ready to eat.
