  • 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
  • 2 pkg. Japanese noodles
  • ground pork
  • 3 eggs
  • egg roll wraps
  • 3 carrot sticks
  • 3 celery sticks
  • mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Put diced mushrooms, noodles, celery, bean sprouts, carrots, ground pork, salt and tenderizer in large bowl; mix together.

    Add eggs; mix thoroughly.

    Wrap mixture in egg roll wraps (use an egg to help seal).

    Fry in a lot of grease until golden brown.
