- 5 potatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 carrots
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 cans bean sprouts, drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- long green onions
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- egg roll wrappers (thin ones)
Directions

1Brown meat with 1/2 onion and the garlic powder; drain.

2Saute green onions separately.

3Julienne all vegetables and saute just until soft.

4Drain on paper towels (can steam vegetables to avoid fat).

6Put in wrappers and moisten edges to seal.
