- 2 cup cabbage (red and green)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup protein (your choice) i use chicken or pork
- 1 each egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water. may need a little more or less.
Directions

1Combine flour and salt.

2Make hole in middle then add egg.

3Mix well then slowly add water to make dough.

4Cover and let sit for 20 min.

5Make small balls with dough and roll out very thin.

6Add shredded cabbage, carrots and protein in middle and roll.

7Deep fry for a couple minutes till golden brown.
